My kindle arrived severely damaged. This is unacceptable. Why ship a brand new kindle in a thin plastic bag without any form of bubble wrap or a box to protect the item? What a waste of time. The worst part of it all was that the seller didn’t even respond to any of my messages or return request. Luckily eBay intervened and handled the case for me.

Overall great desktop at $699, Very quiet. Wifi adapter AWFUL
When I received the OMEN, hooked it to wifi 1gig network. I was able to get 14mps download, that's it. Then the sleep mode does not work. If it sleeps due to timeout, the only way to wake it, is to unplug the unit? I did manage to connect to support, Omen has it's own direct line, don't use the regular support line. The suggestion for the wifi was turn it off and use an ethernet cable. I was able to do that and am now receiving 937mps. If you cannot use the ethernet route, don't buy! There was no solution given for the sleep mode. But I can live with that. I do like the Omen now with better speed and it is very quiet. I am not a gamer so no response for that.
